In Summer 2018, I stopped by Lauer Brothers Auto Sales looking for a new car and was immediately impressed with the lack of pushy salesman. Owen and Jeff allowed me to test drive several cars before I decieded on a 2010 Mercedes Benz E350 that they had. They gave me a great price on the Benz, and a fair trade-in value on my BMW, and I left a very happy customer. A few weeks later, Owen contacted me just to ensure I was completely happy (which I still am), which to me is another example of their top notch customer service. I've bought many used cars over the years, but this was by far the most honest and friendly experience I've had and I've already recommended them to several friends.
